Friendly people, exceptional service. On our way from FL to Yellowstone, we stopped in Kimball for gas, and when we got back on the freeway we couldn't get past 3000rpm or past 20mph in a 37ft motorhome. We turned around at the first emergency vehicle crossing, limped back to Kimball on the road's shoulder, and rolled right into Dan's driveway. Not more than 1 minute after reaching our rv, Dan had the issue diagnosed. He pulled us into his lovely cool garage minutes after that, and less than 2 hours later, we were back on the road to Yellowstone. The variety of vehicles inside Dan's shop and everything about our experience with his business confirms for me he is a mechanical genius.

I broke down by their shop stranded six hours from my home and despite the setbacks with getting the part, they were super transparent about everything and communicated effectively. They were also kind enough to let me wait in their shop until someone came to pick me up. The absolute best mechanic I gave been to. EVER.

Wow, just wow!! Rockstar service!! We had traveled 6 hours from WI in our 2007 Chevy 5500 Duramax Super C RV on our way to Deadwood SD for a week of vacation. It was very hot outside (100 degrees). We stopped just across the parking lot from their shop shut the RV off to let our dogs out. When we returned to the RV it would not start. The owner came over to us and got our rig started. This guy knows his Diesel engines/trucks. If we lived closer we would use this place for everything auto. Thank you Overweg Repair for being available for us today. We appreciate all of you.

I cannot express enough gratitude to this company for coming to my daughters rescue on I90 by Kimball and towing her, her friend, her puppy, and her car to Sioux Falls!! We have AAA and when my daughters car completely broke down on I90 I called them to get them and the car towed to Sioux Falls. They told me that they don’t allow passengers in the tow truck due to covid so I’d need to arrange transportation for her. I was over a 100 miles from her and she’s sitting on the interstate and they wouldn’t do anything other than tow the car leaving them on the interstate. I immediately started heading to her and told AAA they can’t dispatch the tow until I can be there to which they said they couldn’t guarantee a time. About 5 min after the tow request was put in Overweg Repair called. I explained the situation and he was so amazing. He said there’s no way he’d leave them on the interstate and he was heading to her now. He got them all including the puppy and car in tow, met me in Mitchell to get the girls and puppy, and towed the car into Sioux Falls. Such a blessing and he was sooooo great with the girls and us. Truly a stand up honest man and I would highly recommend them for any service they provide!!
