Got a flat tire on Sunday while here for a 5 day pheasant hunt. Dropped tire off and was fixed and put back on my truck by the time I finished breakfast!! Friendly and knowledgeable staff in office and shop! Nathaniel was awesome!! Your company certainly knows how to treat people right and I am telling everyone I know how impressed I am!!

On my way home from Sturgis I had a trailer tire blow. It was Saturday & they were closed. I got a hold of Dan from a friend of his & he told me to come to the shop & he would try to help me out. They were able to put 2 new tires on & also top off the oil in my hub without me even having to ask!! Dan & his staff went above & beyond to get me back on the road!! This was the BEST customer service I have ever had...thanks Dan!

This review is a little late, but I need to comment on Overweg repair shop. We had just started a 40-day camping trip last April and were heading to Yellowstone/Grand Tetons pulling a 40' fifth wheel from Illinois. On day 2 of our trip, I not only had a tire go flat but it exploded. When I pulled off at the next stop, I thought this entire trip was in jeopardy. I severed 3 hydraulic lines with the valves totally missing and blew off the bottom of the rear stabilizer. I made contact with Dan, the owner, who personally came out to survey the situation. As soon as I met him, I knew I was in good hands. I was 30 miles from his shop. He changed the tire, and I drove there thinking where am I going to spend the next few nights? They pulled my rig inside and he called over Trent and told him they were going to work on my problem. While I was on the phone trying to locate valves, he left to head to a hardware store to also look. He came back 1/2 hour later and found just what I needed. They ran new lines, replaced the valves and topped off the fluid. Next, they cut a 6x6 piece of flat iron, cut a hole in the middle of it and bolted it on the bottom of the stabilizer. After putting on 2 two new tires, we were back on the road in about 7 hours. Heck, I thought I might be stranded 7 days! They would even let us stay on the property with electric and water. All of the repairs worked great, and we only missed one day of our trip. If I had to break down, I'm glad it was right there. I can never thank Dan, his crew, and staff enough. I am not done traveling out that way and if I pass-by I'm going to stop in and thank them again. Thanks for everything Dave and Peggy

Highly recommend this business. We were over 1300 miles from home and had transmission problems on a Sat night. Dan came to shop and opened it up to sell us fluid. We ended up needing more than fluid but they worked us in and even checked on us at the campground. They fixed it for less than they quoted and got us back on the road. They were both kind and professional. One of the most honest bunch of people we have ever dealt with. Thank you Dan and Gavin

Dan and his whole family are Good People! We had a serious vibration in our RV and Dan came to our RV park site, diagnosed the problem (it turned out to be worn out tires - even though the wear indicator hadn't been hit.) He ordered the tires and the next day we were on the road - Problem Fixed! Efficient, courteous, fair-priced and conscientious. Could not ask for more.
